1. Shipping Fees & Methods

• Shipping fees depend on the destination country and are stated in the checkout process.
• EXPRESS Shipping: Orders up to 25 kg (1 – 15 bottles) placed and paid for on weekdays (Monday-Friday) by 3 p.m. will be delivered on the next weekday (Monday-Friday).
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order. The maximum weight per parcel is 25 kg. Orders exceeding this weight will be shipped in multiple parcels, incurring additional shipping costs.
• Example: An order of 40 kg will be split into two 20 kg parcels, depending on the products ordered.
• We collaborate exclusively with UPS and DHL to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
• Delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days after payment is received, depending on the destination. For faster delivery, we recommend paying by credit card.
• Luchino International B.V. reserves the right to change logistics partners without prior notice. While customers may select a preferred carrier, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific provider. Customers will only be charged for their selected delivery option.

   Luchino International B.V. is willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a Dutch consumer arbitration board.
3. Contract Formation & Language

• Contract formation follows the technical steps outlined in Section 2 of our standard business terms (Part I).
• Contract Language: English.
• We do not store the full contract text.
• Before finalizing an online order, customers can print or electronically save contract details.
• Upon order confirmation, we provide the contract details, required distance selling information, and terms via email.
• For non-standard quotations, contractual information will be sent via email and can be saved or printed by the customer.

5. Prices & Payment Terms5.1. All prices listed are total prices and include applicable taxes. 5.2. Shipping costs are separate unless free shipping is explicitly stated. 5.3. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. 5.4. Payments are due immediately upon contract formation, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Delivery Conditions & Liability6.1. Delivery conditions, estimated delivery time, and possible supply restrictions are detailed on our website or in respective quotes. 6.2. Consumer Protection (Dutch Law):

• Risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery, even if the shipment is insured.
• If the customer arranges transport through a courier service not specified by us, the risk transfers upon dispatch from our warehouse. 6.3. International shipments outside the EU: The risk of damage, seizure, or loss transfers to the customer when the order leaves our warehouse, irrespective of insurance status. 6.4. Our logistics partners may redirect packages to a local pickup point after a failed delivery attempt. This is outside our control.

7. Warranty & Limitations of Liability7.1. Warranty claims are subject to Dutch statutory warranty laws. 7.2. Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report visible defects or transport damage immediately in writing to both Luchino International B.V. and the courier. Failure to do so may affect warranty claims. 7.3. Luchino International B.V. is not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure, customs clearance, or third-party carrier issues. 7.4. Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
